Salt Lake City, Utah (PRWEB) January 10, 2013

With the launch of their new interactive website, National Structured Funding® is using video marketing to drive traffic and increase brand awareness. National Structured Funding’s® mission is to be a national leader in the Structured Settlements industry as a premier buyer of Structured Settlements, Fixed Annuities, Life Contingent (non-guaranteed) Structured Settlements, State Lotteries, Royalty Payments and other income streams. Placing the customer’s needs first, coupled with offering the largest payouts for its customers in the industry, has quickly made National Structured Funding® a trusted source for individuals looking for lump sum payouts.

“It’s rewarding”, said Mark D. Graham, President of National Structured Funding®, “when you have an individual or family who needs a lump sum payment to start a new business, or for an unexpected life event, peace of mind, college tuition for a child, to pay off debt like a mortgage, or any other reason and you are able to help them and offer a higher payout as compared to the other national brands.”

With a large array of services being offered, and looking for stronger national coverage, it’s no surprise why National Structured Funding® turned to the expert video marketing services of Video Broadcast Services.

Video Broadcast Services began carving its name in the video marketing space with one goal in mind; to put the customer’s needs first.

“There are video marketing companies who give incorrect expectations to their clients and ultimately end up giving the industry a bad name”, said Marcia Hawkins, President of Video Broadcast Services. “We knew from day one that we wanted to be different. It has always been our goal to over-deliver for our clients. At the end of each video marketing campaign, we want our clients to feel that they received more than they paid for.”

From custom YouTube channels, to a consistant feeding of the search engines with their clients fresh and relevant content, Video Broadcast Services has quickly become the industry leader in video marketing.

“In some instances, Video SEO gets lumped in with Video Marketing”, said Kyle Clouse, Vide President of Video Broadcast Services. “We use the principles of search engine optimization as a foundation for our video marketing, but what we do is much more in-depth. In essence, we are creating online video billboards that are indexed and rank in the major search engines and remain for an indefinite amount of time”.

“Mini infomercials with strong calls to action” was part of Clouse’s thirty second elevator pitch. Not only do videos rank quicker and higher in the search engines over traditional websites, they also display a video thumbnail for increased branding and eyeballs. These are just a few of the reasons that is making video marketing an attractive method for marketing a business online.

Online trends are showing a distinctive shift of businesses moving more towards interactive video for branding and online awareness. In fact, YouTube’s Robert Kyncl, the head of global partnerships, recently made the bold prediction that very soon 90% of all web traffic will be video traffic. Whether you’re an Attorney, Doctor, Auto Dealership, Dentist or a buyer of Structured Settlements, Video Broadcast Services definitely has your business covered with their expert video marketing services. 12/12/12 is National Gingerbread House Day

12/12/12 is National Gingerbread House Day

Gingerbread House at River City Casino in St. Louis

St. Louis, Missouri (PRWEB) December 07, 2012

To ensure less ‘Silent Nights’ for hearing-impaired children, adults and seniors, Lumière Place and River City Casino in St. Louis, Missouri have come up with a super-sized sweet way to help the Center for Hearing & Speech in St. Louis purchase hearing aids for so many in need this holiday season.

Casino chefs and facility officials at both Lumière Place and River City Casino have created two life-size gingerbread houses that families may actually dine in November 8th through December 26, 2012. Located inside Stadium Sports Bar and Grill at Lumière Place and in the grand promenade at River City Casino, the massive manors are fourteen-feet tall, ten-feet wide and can accommodate a family of four for breakfast, lunch and dinner at River City; lunch and dinner at Lumière. While a pre-fixe holiday menu is available, guests will also have the option to order off the menus at Stadium at Lumiere and Lewy Nine’s at River City. One hundred percent of each $ 20.00 reservation fee will go directly to the Center for Hearing & Speech.

“The thought of a child not being able to hear Christmas music or a grandfather not hearing his grandchild open Christmas presents is just devastating and that’s why we are so grateful Lumière Place and River City Casino have stepped up to the plate to help us again this year. The houses are not only beautiful, what a special and unique thing to do with your family this holiday season,” said Executive Director Rita Tintera, Center for Hearing & Speech.

Gingerbread pre-fixe menu option costs $ 25.00 per patron and will include a choice of gourmet turkey or glazed ham, with trimmings. Children will also have the opportunity to decorate individual gingerbread shingles which they may keep or ‘ice’ onto the existing houses.

“The houses truly were a coordinated effort between our Food and Beverage and Facilities teams and they really went the extra mile decorating! We even have Christmas trees in the houses and you just never know when Santa might show up,” said John Johnson, Executive Chef over Lumière Place and River City Casino.

To secure a reservation at the Lumière Place Gingerbread House please call (314) 881-7595; to reserve the River City Casino Gingerbread House please call (314) 388-7625. Assemblywoman Mary Hayashi Announces Launch of Revised National Strategy for Suicide Prevention

Assemblymember Mary Hayashi

Sacramento, CA (PRWEB) September 10, 2012

Today, Assemblywoman Mary Hayashi (D-Hayward) announced the release of the revised National Strategy for Suicide Prevention. Assemblywoman Hayashi is a member of the Executive Committee of the National Action Alliance for Suicide Prevention, which took on the task of reviewing and refining the groundbreaking document that was first presented by then-U.S. Surgeon General Dr. David Satcher in 2001.

“This is a momentous occasion for mental health, symbolizing a renewed commitment toward the prevention of suicide,” stated Assemblywoman Mary Hayashi. “The revised strategy benefits from an array of stakeholder input and a decade of new research and experience, creating a strong and focused action plan for all those concerned about this public health crisis.”

The National Action Alliance for Suicide Prevention held a press conference today at the National Press Club in Washington, DC with the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration and the Office of the Surgeon General to launch the revised strategy. Today also marks World Suicide Prevention Day and the start of National Suicide Prevention Week.

Overall, suicide is the tenth leading cause of death for all Americans, the second leading cause of death for adults ages 25-34, and the third leading cause of death for youth ages 15-24.

The Alliance is a public-private partnership that helps guide the implementation of the goals and objectives of the National Strategy for Suicide Prevention (NSSP). The NSSP represented the first framework and blueprint for action on suicide prevention in the United States. Published by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services in May 2001, the NSSP has guided the nation’s suicide prevention efforts for a decade. The Alliance envisions a nation free from the tragic experience of suicide, and champions prevention as a national priority.

Assemblywoman Mary Hayashi has been a member of the Alliance since its inception in 2010. A dedicated mental health advocate, Assemblywoman Hayashi catalyzed the creation of California’s first Statewide Office of Suicide Prevention and serves on California’s Mental Health Oversight and Accountability Commission, which oversees the implementation of Prop.63.

Assemblywoman Mary Hayashi serves the 18th Assembly District, which includes San Leandro, Hayward, Dublin, most of Castro Valley and Pleasanton, and a portion of Oakland, as well as the unincorporated areas of Ashland, Cherryland, San Lorenzo and Sunol.
