Iron Worker Delegates from Across North America Unanimously Elect Union Officials

822 voting delegates from the Iron Personnel Union—one of the greatest developing trade organizations in North America—announced the election of 12 officers last week at the Union’s 42nd Convention in Chicago, Ill. The Union’s leadership crew, headed by Basic President Walter Smart, is composed of 3 common officers and 9 basic vice presidents:

    Walter Sensible, Common President

    Edward McHugh, Standard Treasurer
    George Kratzer – First General Vice President
    Richard Ward – Second Common Vice President
    Edward Walsh – 3rd Standard Vice President
    Jay Hurley – Fourth General Vice President
    Joe Standley – Fifth Basic Vice President
    Tadas Kicielinski – Sixth General Vice President
    Marvin Ragsdale – Seventh Basic Vice President
    Darrell LaBoucan – Eighth Basic Vice President
    Ron Piksa – Ninth General Vice President
