Award-winning chef, restaurateur, television personality, and cookbook author Bobby Flay will open his 14th Bobby’s Burger Palace (BBP), and first in Ohio, at Horseshoe Casino Cincinnati when the facility opens March 4. BBP will join Jack Binion’s Steak and Jimmy Buffett’s Margaritaville as premium dining outlets at the new $ 400 million development, which is the fourth and final casino to open in the State of Ohio. Also featured on the menu is a BBP ‘Burger of the Month.’ All burgers may be prepared with Certified Angus Beef, ground turkey or grilled chicken breast.
