Now that you have all the information about a specific horse, the next step is by finding out which field the horses will be racing on. Also, try to find out how many runners there will be in a race. A big field and more than 12 runners may be very difficult for you to guess the outcome of the race and which horse to bet on which brings you to the next step.

Try to find out the type of ground the horses will be running on. This is an important factor as different horses run differently on specific grounds. It also depends on the size of the horse’s feet.

Another important factor in order for you to know which horse can win a race is by finding out the last races of the horses. If the last race of a horse was quite a long time ago, it is usually very difficult for you to judge its present racing form. Always keep in mind that the shorter the period between the present race and the last race, the better than chances of the horse to win. Of course, you have to choose a horse that has been winning or at least a horse that is constantly on the top lead.

The total distance of the race is also an important factor. There are horses that show its prime racing form after a while of racing and there are horses that run good on short races but bad on long races. Figure out how long the race is, and you will have an idea which horse will be most beneficial for you.

Never disregard the tips from the experts. Try to get tips from the experts and compare the tips on your analysis or your horse racing system. By doing this, you will be able to accurately tell which horse will win. If most of the tips you get corresponds with the horse racing system you have, then you may want to stick to it.

Also, keep in mind that handicap races are very unpredictable. So, you may want to stick to non handicap races in order for you to balance the prediction accurately.

Take note of the letters C and D that sometimes appear in the horses. The letter C means that the horse has been a winner over a specific course sometimes in the past. The letter D means that the horse has been winner over the distance of the present race. So, if the letters C or D or both appear on a specific horse, this is considered to be a good bet.

These are some of the things that you have to put in you horse racing system. With all these things, you will be able to carefully analyze each horse and have a better chance in winning bets and beating the odds.
